Offline Vault Size resetting to initial default after Microsoft Patches installed

We have a few customers who state that their Offline Vault Size is resetting to it's initial default value after Microsoft Patches installed and the machine it rebooted. This seems strange to me. It starts at 100 MB, they set it to 5000 MB and when their machine is patched, the OV size reverst to 100 MB. Ever heard of this?

That's strange.

OV Store size is set in registry,

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\KVS\Enterprise Vault\Client

Key "OVStoreSize"

Any chance this got deleted?
