Outlook 2007 and EV Client

Morning

Got a PC running Outlook 2007 with EV Client Extrentions but every time I start up Outllok I get the valkie.dll has been disabled.

Tried the fixes I know i.e. fixmapi and Resetevclient but these have not worked.

The PC also has ESM installed on it - anyone any idea's

Do you get valkyrie disabled in the help/aboutmsoutlook/disabled items window

which language are you running the extensions with? definatley had problems with nonenglish extensions before.

Get the message on Loading Outklook but when viewing disabled items it's not there

Which Version of EV Client is installed?

Patrick,

Microsoft do not support ESM and Outlook 2007 running on the same box, however, I believe you can get it working by uninstalling ESM and then re-installing ESM and then running FixMapi.

Failing this ensure that the active version of MAPI32.dll is that of Outlook and not ESM and this should also work.

Also as Michel said make sure the version of EV client is a supported version with Outlook 2007
