Outlook 2007 client cannot open archived messages.

We have Enterprise Vault 8.02 in a Microsoft Exchange 2003 environment. The Enterprise Vault Outlook Add-on has been deployed via LanDeskManager. After our archiving task ran, we cannot open any archived messages on our Outlook 2007 client. All archived messages appear as orginal unread messages. When double clicking on the message the following error appreas from Enterprise Vault "Cannot load the Outlook form for [] [] [] [] A [] Va [] [] L [] [] [] [] [] [] items. You may need to install additional software to view items of this type.".

Has anybody seen this issue before?

Perhaps on the one that isn't working something went wrong with the deployment?  Perhaps an uninstall and a fresh local install, or a fresh push install would work?

No, we are using the Org to publish the forms. I have tried to copy the forms to the personal library and this did not resolve the issue. Also tried the below:

- Running the ResetEVClient command
- Uninstalling and manually installing the Outlook Add-in

Completed steps in http://seer.entsupport.symantec.com/docs/290957.htm but problem still exist. Just found another Outlook 2007 client and it is working fine on this one.
