Hi,
When I archive/restore/search an archive in Outlook 2010, I get a prompt for credentials in order to connect to the EV Server. Here is a screenshot of the prompt connecting to the ev server:
I get this every time I open up Outlook but once I enter the credentials, I don't get it again untill I close Outlook and re-open it again.
Tried all possibilities stated in the link below:

Environment Details:
EV Server is on Windows Server 2008 R2 with Enterprise Vault 10.0.4
MS Exchange 2010
Client is on Windows 7 with Outlook 2010

Sorry for the delay, but I managed to narrow down the issue.
The issue was not with EV but with the PC itself, as someone had modified the Internet settings of the PC. Accessing the profile via another PC resolved the issue.

is your EV server's name and alias fqdn and short names all in your Local Intranet Sites?

Are you inside the network or leveraging RPCoverHTTP externally?

The system is placed inside the vicinity (local intranet), however, the client is accessing the system remotely via Mac/Ipad.
Do you think that the above scenario could be a reason because no one else is having such a problem.

Andrew, I can check that. Are you referring to the client side configuration?

yes, on the windows workstation client
