Outlook Client not working

Exchange 2003 - EV 7.5 - Outlook 2007
One user - Web Access works fine. Can see vaulted items. Can recover from vault. Can store in vault.
Normal Outlook - Vault icon for items does not show, but items are in vault. Items all have normal Outlook icon.
If you choose an item and click Store, it says item already in vault. If you click Restore, item never comes back.
Tried turning off Cached Exchaneg Mode; turning off Offline Vault; resetting offline vault; running resettingevclient utility. Nothing changes.

What is the version of the EV Client?

Check the following:

With Enterprise Vault (EV) 2007, the forms are now included with the client extensions and can be deployed via the mailbox policy. Perform the following to deploy the forms:
1. Open the vault administration console
2. Expand Enterprise Vault | Site name | Policies | Exchange | Mailbox
3. Properties of the appropriate policies | Advanced tab
4. From the drop down menu, choose Outlook
5. Set the policy Deploy Forms Locally to Always
6. Synchronize all mailboxes

 Please post a client trace of an attempt to restore an item, if deploying th forms locally doesn't resolve the issue.

 Something else to verify is that you do not have large icons enabled within your Display Settings.  The Enterprise Vault forms only have icons that support the normal 96 DPI settings.  Large or Medium icons will cause the icons to show up as normal outlook icons.

Got it fixed. The forms were not present on on PC.
Changed the policy setting to Deploy Forms Locally Always but it did not deploy, even after sync.
Ended up deploying the forms manually on that PC and all is well.
Thank you for pointing me in the right direction.
