Outlook rules not working after restoring email from vault

Hi,

I recently had to export a users content back into mailbox from vault and delete the stubs. The user is now complaining that his rules do not now automatically run, that they only work when run manually. Any ideas?

I don't think this is an EV problem.
Can you try disabling and re-enabling those rules?
