PST Centralization and Junk Emails

I am working on effort for centralizing PSTs in environment using combination of server based & client based migrations. Evault 9.0.1.1073.

The policy is configured such that a separate folder will be created for user under top root folder with name same as PST file and all folders from that PST file will be moved under that folder along with content.

Recently I got 1 user who mentioned that some of the emails went into junk email folder of Outlook. Is that feasible? (probably I missed some configuration?) and how we can avoid it if that caused the issue?

I think someone else asked this same question earlier on the forums about email being imported from PST's and some shortcuts going to the junkmail, and really thats purely on outlook and exchange.

My guess is that its something to do with the embedded URL links to attachments
