PST Migration client driven no reaction

Hi.

I'm doing EV PST client driven migration.

The PST file is located in c:\users\documents on the client pc.

At first, the migration was successful, but since then there has been no reaction in running the PST Migraotr task.

Since the initial migration success, nothing has appeared in the Personal Store Management-All files.

The PST Migrator task is still processing. However, the task cannot find the pst file on the client pc.

What's the problem? Help me.

Hi, normally you will have to make the devices/shares known to Enterprise Vault.

I normally move PSTs to a share, where I then migrate them from there.

you can add them under Personaly Store Management >> Computers >>Rightclick >> Add >> Single/Multiple

I am not sure if this is what you mean. We will need more details on what exactly is not working.
