Hi,
We encounter some users show "Partially processed: queued for retry" in archive report, as we checked another mailbox server some user can archive but some of them also have this issue.
We try to restart the EV admin server then run the task but the issue still persist. our EV Version: 11.0.1.3706
Any idea?

Hi Ryan,
Typically this indicates a problem connecting to the Exchange server.

Hi Virgil,
Thanks, as I login to EV server and perform a ping test to mailbox server and that is normal.
I also check the system mailbox in each mailbox server under task Properites is normal as well.
May I have the steps or guideline to check the connecting between EV and Exchange server?
