Policy for departed employees

I have created a policy for departed employees. I have included as many relevent message classes as I can think but, still some items are not archived. Can anyone explain what this particular message class is,  IPM.Schedule.Meeting.Resp.Pos.EnterpriseVault.PendingArchive.

That message class means the item has been archived by EV but is waiting for confirmation the item has been backed up before it is turned into a shortcut.

The other items in the mailbox have been archived and removed from the mailbox. It's a little strange that these couple of items are still in the mailbox.

Try to cancel the pending shortcuts, then archive again.
