I have some users that when they client the search button Internet Explorer open in a new Windows and we can search the archive howeven the user can not open and returned mail messages.
Not sure its the Outlook / Search Behavour property.
We have 50 users in the policy 47 are OK, we are having this issue with just two or three users. Also when a user searches in the separate windows the can not open mails returned.
This issue turned out to be related to the distribution of Outlook 2003 that was installed. When Outlook / Office was installed some registry keys the Enterprise Vault uses was not created. HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Outlook.Application
Exported this key from a client that was working and imported to the problem client and all was porking properly.
We had to open a ticket with Symantec support to resolve.
