We had installed Symantec Enterprise Vault Outlook Add-in software in all PC
at company. After few days we have observed that Enterprise vault icons
were not visible in outlook of some PCs. We have reinstalled that software
in all problematic PCs but enterprise Vault icons are still not visible in
outlook.
Kindly look into the matter and advice us. We are using Microsoft Office
2003 and all mailboxes are set in cached exchange mode.
can you check on Outlook for tool bar options--:> add remove buttons--> standard and see if the icons for EV has been enabled, if not enable it and verify it is visible in the outlook.
