Prompted For Password, Within Outlook, When Accessing Archives

Hello,

Wondering if anyone has tips for why a user just started being prompted for her password when accessing archives within Outlook.  Below are some additional details:
- she is running Outlook 2003 & IE 7

-  within IE Options - Security - Local Intranet - Custom Level - User Authentication is set to 'Auto login only in Intranet Zone'
-  She has the FQDN of EV server listed in Local Intranet sites within IE

I still need to check if she has RPC over HTTP enabled within Outlook

She said this just started happening...  I'd like to have her log into another computer and configure her outlook profile and see if it  happens to isolate whether or not it's a computer/windows or Outlook profile issue.

Any help is appreciated

Local Intranet Zones

You can automatically add the

You can automatically add the server in to the safe list through the EV desktop policy under advanced options.

You might also try adding

You might also try adding the Enterprise Vault site alias to the list if you have not done so already.

Proxy Bypass list

 Hi There

you might want to check you proxy bypass list aswell. We have had an issues where if the EV server and alias was not in the proxy bypass list then the user was always prompted for the username and password.
