Hi,
I know you can re-create placeholder shortcuts using FSAUtility, can we re-create Internet shortcuts?
What is the process if we want to re-create any deleted internet shortcut in file server?
Many Thanks

well without FSAUtility supporting it, the answer is no, you'd have to restore the file and have it rearchived
You could talk to Quadrotech (Ping wayne humphrey on the forum) as they do a lot of FSA utilities these days and would be able to write you a custom tool to do it

pretty sure its just FSAUtility that you'd use

But i don't think its as granular as you'd like it to be

Actually I was wrong, see Jeff Shottons response to a similar question where he says FSAUtility will only work with placeholders, not URL placeholders

Correct, however I just wanted to know if there is a way to re-create any deleted internet shortcut for target file server?
Many Thanks
