Read only role

Hi,

I have followed this to create a read only role in Enterprise Vault 8 SP4 and assigned the role to a user. When I start the VAC I get a message that I don't have sufficient priviliges. Has anyone done this? Is there steps missing in the guide? Any help will be greatly appreciated.

You should have an event logged on the ev server showing your username and what permission you are missing, see if it logged it and then add that permission, save and then try again
