Removing an EV server

We added an additional EV 6 sp4 server to our org a few months ago to test a third party app.  We're now done with testing and wish to remove this server.  Will that be a simple unistall using Add/Remove programs or is there a different way that is required?

Problem is, after you uninstall the software, you will have references for a nonexistent server.  So, was this server added to an existing site, and now it must be decomissioned?  If so, you'll need to make certain that all services have been removed before you can remove the server from your site.  When in doubt, log a call with support.
