we have 1000 users that Archving with Enterprise vault 9
I need to know If is it possible to rename the User Account Name without effect to Enterprise Vault
do you have any procedure how to do that ?
EV should sync the name change, the archive name will change automatically. Changing a user's name in Active Directory will have no effect on archiving and shortcut operations as long as the user's account ID is not changed
