Repairing Indexes EV 10.0.0

Using MoveArchive to migrate users from 9.0.2 to 10.0.0, the majority of users are reporting failed, and the only item failing is Indexes.  Trying to rebuild indexes using 10.0.0, and checking Ignore items that cannot be indexed, how long should I expect this process to take?  It has been running over 30 minutes for a 700 item index.

Status pane, shows 0 items have been reindexed so far.

Me too...  and the time it takes (even with a few items) will vary depending on how big the items are, what the items are that are going to be converted and reindexed, and where the primary data .. is it all on local disk (for example) ?
