Which version of EV was ResetEVClient released with, 7.0 or 7.5

It is mentioned in the EV7 Release Notes:

In addition, the utility, ResetEVClient, enables administrators to perform a number of housekeeping tasks in an attempt to fix common client problems

Remember also that ResetEVClient was fixed in EV 2007 SP 6, and EV 8 SP 2.  Prior to that it didn't actually register things properly all the time.
