Although EV is currently searching and discovering objects, ehrn I try and 'restore my baskets' I am getting 'Restoration is not currently available'.
Has anyone seen this before or have any idea how to fix or at least trioubleshoot?

As Andy said, if you could post any error from the EV Event log or maybe post a screen shot of the error you see in the webapp search it would be a big help.
