Restoration problems

Hi all,

Some users have reported that when they try to restore a single file uning the archive icon,  it appers to be restoring multiple files at the same time.

Would there be a reason for this or did I do something wrong?

EV FSA  Windows 2012R2, EV Version 11.01,Sql 2008 R2, file server 200R2

So when they double click the placeholder multiple files are put back on the file system?

Can you reproduce it?

Also, do you use versioning?

Hi Tony,

once cliked say on Placeholder with a name "file1" file1 would be restored and file6 and file7.

Trying today appears to be working for me, however still waiting on some user feedback.

it seems that its still a problem.

So I think you would need to dtrace the PlaceHolder service.  It might be worth contacting support if you can reproduce it.
