Restore DB now index's are marked as failed?

We have had to restore our EV DBs' after an issue yesterday. This restore went ok and intially users were able to open archived items and set items for archiving with no issues.

This morning we have noticed that hundreds of users are showing as indexes failed. We have follwed the guide as detailed here http://www.symantec.com/business/support/index?page=content&id=TECH174186

However as we resolve more, we note that more appear as failed. Is there a way of doing a system wide rebuild of the indexes?

Thanks

You cna run this, it will create a csv file first, then you can use the csv file to run indexchaeck again to fix indexes.

Thanks for this. Just to be sure is this run on the EV server or as a SQL query?

Thanks

Rebuilding indexes are running on the EV server. How many failed indexes are we talking about here, just bear in mind that rebuilding indexes will have a massive impact on EV and SQL server performances so I would do them in a small chunks at a time 10-20.

About 250ish... We have been running about 10 at a time to rebuild (manually selecting etc)
