We have the retention category set to do not allow deletion of an item. However we have decommissioned some FSA and intend to do some clean-up of the archive.
Can we change the retention period to allow the deletion of theses archives and the reset back to Do not allow deletion.
Or what really is best practice as we really don’t want users having the ability to delete anything but need to tidy up from time to time. We don’t use email archiving just file system archiving and have storage expiry set to Never
