Dear Team,
This is regarding the enterprise vault load distribution
We are currently using EV 9.0 with Microsoft SQL Server 2005 Version 9.00. STANDARD EDITION Service Pack 4.
EV and SQL server are installed on different servers.
Three exchange mailbox servers (Exchange 2007) has been added in EV as exchange target
We decided to split EV server into 2 EV servers. Existing and adding new server.
Our idea is to create 2 different EV servers on the same site e.g. EV2 add three exchange servers.
Our question is can we able to migrate this setup to EV 10 (64bit) hardware using migration wizard tool.

As Andy said, you can use SSMW to migrate from your 32-bit EV 9 server to a 64-bit EV 10 server. Then you can add an additional EV server to spread the load. However, if you have already enabled the mailboxes on the new Exchange servers the archives will still be associated with the Vault Store of the first EV server.
If you want to move those archives to new Vault Stores on the new EV server you will need to either use Move Archive or our a third-party product like our Archive Shuttle.

i dont see why not. use the SSMW to migrate your existing server and then install a new one. we do this all the time for customers.
