SYMWise integration into the Enterprise Vault event log now live

Hi, Just to make you aware of a change that has just gone live. Previously when you clicked on the hyperlink in the event log entries that Enterprise Vault creates it would take you to its 'Rosetta' events database(which would then require a login). We have now put in place a change so that from now it instead takes you to the SYMWise knowledge base (which means it will search not only the official tech notes but these connect forums too). It means you get easier access to upto date tips and solutions to the events that we create. Happy to hear any feedback, Mike

just as a matter of interest, when you click the link its just meant to take you to the search page right, as opposed to automatically filling in the search criteria for you?

huh for some reason it just takes me to the search page, no results, doesn't try to search anything, just gives me the Product name (filled in) but the search terms are blank

Hello Mike,

it's not an access to an updated Rosetta-DB, but the customer get not an blank screen and ask us for the login.

Better than nothing.

Btw. On my Win7 with an EVT from an EV 8.0.4 - Server it works fine.

Hi, Strange that the product is selected but nothing else. What environment you doing this from? Mike
