Script to automate Permission Assignment

We are in process of migrating users from one domain to another. The problem we are having is once users are migrated, they cannot access their archives because of permissions. So we have to manually add permissions for user archives. 

Is there any script or command which reads archived mailbox account/alias from excel file and then assign permissions to that arvhived mailbox.

have a look at the EVPM utility. it's covered in the Utilities.pdf documentation that comes with EV. there are also quite a few examples of permissions scripts on the forums. typically for mailbox archives in EV, the unique identifier is the LegacyExchangeDN as opposed to an alias or username but either way you can get what you need from a combination of AD, scripting, and EVPM.
