Sending information that message was delete without reading

Hi All,

I have EV 11.0 upgraded from 10.0.4. 

In configuration EV I was selected archiving unreaded messages.

When sender request confirmation read mail and EV was archived mail and this mail was not read, sender recive information that recipient deleted message without reading. Of course this was not true, becasue EV change mail on shortcut. 

How solve this case ?

I forgot writing about this solution. Yes I was implmented this solution in 10.0.4. Symantec Support promise that will be solved in EV11.

As was it? I mean EV 11 has been out for a while now.

Rob I was implemented this on 10.0.4 without success.

Support promise that problem will be resolve in EV11. I was upgraded to 11, but problem still exist. 

I saw that CF2 to EV11 was appear...?
