Has anyone seen this before?
Can't see the 'sent items' folder in a user archive from Archive Explorer. The archive definitely contains sent mail but there is no sent items folder. Tried re-synchronizing the archive and refreshing and deleting the cache in IE and no difference. Using IE10 and EV 10

Whenever I have seen this it is due to items not being indexed. You might want to contact support as it doesn't seem to be a commonly known issue.

Are you seeing any of the folders? Can you see the folder in OWA, or when going to the webapp and searching?

Yes, we can see the other folders, inbox etc and they are viewable in OWA or Outlook. It's just not showing the sent items folder in the Archive Explorer view.

That will probably be the first thing support ask you to do, so worth a shot. :)
