Server Migration Wizard from Windows 2008 to Windows 2012

Hi

Does the server migration wizard allow migration between an EV10 server running on Wnidows 2008 to Windows 2012? 

I eventually need to get to EV11 on the Windows 2012 server but assume this isn't possible using the server migration wizard and so was planning to move from Windows 2008 to Wndows 2012 using the wizard and then do an inplace upgrade to EV11 afterwards.

There is manual method ( http://www.symantec.com/business/support/index?page=content&id=TECH55377 )but ya i would test if the import wizard function does or does NOT work in windows 2008r2 my lab. I'll test this out today and good question..if not something Symantec should update as the server settings migration wizard technote says it is meant to support 2008r2 or LATER. However it does not say that it support EV 10 to EV 11 so yes you still have to go EV10-EV10 and once you are on 2012 box with EV10 you can do an inplace upgrade to EV11
