Set individual user archive setting...possible?

Hi,

Our EV's archiving rules is set to "Archive items when they are older than 90 Days". There was request if it's possible to change the archive setting for individual mailbox (to archive after 180 days), is this possible? Thanks

yes you can do this with EVPM. there's a whole section on it called Policy Manager (EVPM) in the Utilities.pdf that comes with EV.

Also, if you don't want to manage EVPM scripts you can create a new provisioning group to target this user and apply a new archive policy to that user via the Provisioning Group.

Might be easier than managing via scripts and having to manually document who has been assigned what policies.
