I got two users : Manager and Secretary. In the Exchange, I gave Secretary with the Read, Change and Full access permission to the Manager mailbox. In the Enterprise Vault, I also granted all the permission to Secretary for the Manager archive.
When Secretary using Outlook to check both mailbox, she can see all the shortcut in the Manager's Inbox, but when she double click the message, she cannot read the content. If using the EV search button, everything is fine. May I know is this the default behavior of EV? If not, is there other configuration need to be done? Thanks,
