We just got EV 8 w/sp4 installed and I'm learning how to use it.
I was playing aroung with the shortcut content in the Default Exchange Mailbox Policy.
Every time I make a change in the shortcut content those messages that have already been archived aren't affected. In my test mailbox, from changing the policy, I've got some messages that have the message body only, some that include the banner, sone with nothing. Is there a way to make this consistent for all messages that have been archived or is ist that once they are archived, you're stuck with that shortcut content?
