Shortcuts don't show attachments

Hi all,

Is there a default setting for attachments to be viewable and retrievable from stubbed items? We just see the name of the attachment but no actual file as below

Hi there,

There are 2 options for displaying the attachment within a shortcut: as a list (similar to what you have now) or as links (which the user can click and access the attachments). You can configure this in the Mailbox policy.

Hi Virgil, yes that is the issue and the fix mentioned in that article has resolved it.

Another patch causing issues!!
