Some Archive mail not open in archive explorer....

I am citrix user and when I try to open some mail on archive explorer that time I got below error

Can you get a DTrace of storageonlineopns and w3wp? Also I'm guessing you have actually checked memory utilization on the server?

Is it hapening for all mailbox or single mailbox.

Try refreshing your IIS services (iisreset) and see if you still get the same error.
