Hi,

do I understand it right that after the last change of the support lifecylce:

I need a additional agreement and will have additional costs when I want to have support for an older version (like EV 11). This support is not included in the essential support or basic maintenance?

Do i have to pay the additianal fee per case? Do you know where i can find additional infos about this?

Hi, 

Once a product has reaced EOSS(End of Standard Support) support ends unless there is a support exception with Extended Technical Support purchased.  This will allow support through EOSL(End of Support Life) where no support cases can be opened.  This is 2019 date for 11.0.1.    The article https://www.veritas.com/support/en_US/article.000116348 has been recently updated to reflect the additional information.

As far as I understood, you can still get support until 2019, but you will not get fixes if necessary.

CHF5 for 11.0.1 is the last delivered hotfix.

You will need to call in to speak with someone to discuss actual cost.  Typically, you should be able to upgrade to EV 12 with current license and be on a supported version.
