Symantec Enterprise Vault 8.0 SP2 and SP3

Enterprise Vault 8 SP2 / SP3 the same results as below
Exchange 2007 SP1 on Windows 2003 SP2 / Windows 2008 SP1 same result...

Users are getting a prompt for switching from https to http when clicking on Search Archives in OWA with an option to click Yes / NO

And the results for OWA accessed internally are: -  YES - Navigation Cancelled | No - Search archives works...

And the results for OWA accessed internally are: -  YES - Search Archive Works

The issue here is that we dont want this prompt coming up altogether...

Please advise.

isn't this more of an IE thing?

You could try to switch your EV to https.
Or tell your ISA server to translate from https to http for the EV directory.
