Symantec Enterprise Vault Licensing

Hello All,

I have small query in relation to Symantec Enterprise Vault Licensing.

Scenario: - 

I have 200 User license for Mailbox archiving.

What will happen once i have exausted 200 user licenses (for files and exch) and want to add more users? I mean Enable Mailbox option is still working.

Has anyone encountered a situation like this before ?

Symantec work on a trust relationship, if you have a 200 user key you can add 200,000 users if you like but its called trust!  Its not an issue or a problem, thats what is expected.

Thanks a lot for the information. howeve, we were just keen on knowing that since we are on the verge of renewing the contract, we need to buy more licenses or no.

If you plan to use more than the 200 then yes, you need to buy more licenses.
