Dear All ,

when I am runing the deployment scanner I het the follwing warning "Microsoft Outlook 2007 Service Pack 2 detected. This installation of Outlook does not support archiving from all versions of Exchange Server .

please I need help .

Well, you just need to do what it says... Or you can look at the Enterprise Vault Compatibily Guide, and read there the supported versions if Outlook. http://www.symantec.com/business/support/index?page=content&id=TECH38537

This is general warning considering your exchange target is version 2013, which require OL SP3+HF (KB2596598) & It should not come after applying OL service pack & HF. If you are not targeting exchange 2013 then please review compatibility guide to install minimum support version of outlook with HF. In my experience it’s always good to install latest supported version of outlook on EV server.

But the target is Exchnage 2010 and I am using outlook 2007 SP2 .

and the same issue when iam using outllook 2007 SP3

What Rob and Paradeep were explaining to you:

Read the Compatibility Guide. In your case on Page 20 it says everything you need:

Outlook 2007 SP2 is the minimum Supported SP for Exchange 2010, however it is recommended to use SP3 with some hotfixes you will also find as Links on Page 20 of the Compatibility Guide.

To make this even more simpler:

In your environment you can ignore that warning when you have a fully patched Outlook 2007 SP3 running on your EV-Server
