Sync EV System Mailbox

Hi,

Couple of days ago i modified Description in EV System Mailbox Account after restart EV services i got the next error:

There was a problem accessing a network service or resource. The dispenser will re-queue the current item and sleep for 10 minute(s).

Task: Journal Task for ExchServer

I assume that this error is by the change of properties from System Mailbox, i have changed account and works fine.   How could i sync properties from System Mailbox ?

Well i took the easy way, i have created a new user for EV System Mailbox because is hard for me contact with DBA and test but it is in my pending list.
