Synchronization failed for Archives with delegate access

Using Enterprise vault EV 9.0.3

Access to additional mailboxes work just fine, Via archive explorer we have no problem to open, read, search archived items in additional mailboxes.

Rights are also visible in Permission browser. (Permissions Synchronization process is ok)

When using Virtual Vault, only the personal mailbox and all mailboxes where we have 'Full mailbox access' could be synchronized.

 (Also no problem with Vault cache for those mailboxes)

When we have mailboxes with delegate access, (Those folders are visible in Archive Explorer). The Virtual Vault synchronize for those will not work.

Synchronization failed.

In Log "Synchronization failed (COM error):: 0x800710DD".

Policy :

Synchronize archive types=All mailbox archives

SyncFolderpermission = On?

The solution was: Reset the Authorization Manager.

We set the permission on folder level starting from the root in the additional mailbox.

That's why we see also those folders in the Archive Explorer, so rights settings seems to be good! .
