Hey all ,
At my test environment when i try to restore basket to a mailbox (newly created or existing ) i got the error as shown in my attachment.
Could you give me some idea that why that error occured ?

I would recommend you test with an enabled mailbox.
Unless something has changed the mailbox needs to be enabled.

Is the mailbox enabled for archiving?

No the mailbox that i am trying to restore basket content is not enabled for mailbox archiving.
For example :
i have some mail in basket.
i am trying to restore content to testuser1 and that user is not enabled for archiving.
