The limitation size of mailbox when enable EV

Hi,

We have a mailbox which size around 101 GB. when we try to enable this account to have email archiving the the archiving report show "failed to process mailbox".

May i know what is the limitation of mailbox size when we archiving an email account? or any document can i reference?

Our EV version is 12.3.0.1365

this sound more like the following is happening:

Event 3492 is logged by the Mailbox Archiving Task

Can you confirm if you can see this event for the mailbox? If so we recommend executing the SearchFolderManager utility against it.
