Hi,
I have an EV 8.0.4.1991 installation with 2 index volumes on the same hard disk as the EV installation.
I can;

Right click a user and see the index properties OK

The index service is running
-
There are no index locations in backup mode (VAC and powershell used to verify this)
-
System status reports OK
-
Indexcheck -c exist -f etc... does not show any kind of error messages
-
Indexserver /summary c:\evindex\index1\<indexid> shows the expected summary data
Yet when I right click the Archives node in Admin Console and choose 'index volumes' I get an alert saying 'There are no index volumes to display'
I have run dtrace, done the right click Archives and selected index volumes, checked the log file and can see a column;

CCache::CheckEntries Summary: Usable: 0;
Is this the problem?
Any help with resolving this greatly appreciated
