One of my clients is having problem viewing his archived emails. When he clicks a shortcut he opens an email with the banner stating "There was an error loading this item - Some functionality may not be available". When you click this banner he gets a popup stating "This item could not be downloaded. 80040119" with an OK button.
He can veiw the mails when accessing from Archive Explorer.
We are using EV V7 with Exchange 2003 and Outlook 2000.
