Hi All,

 

I have a other strange issue. The users are being prompted for username and password every 5 mins for the Enterprise Vault. So they are not trying to access any archived infromation but yet they are being prompted for their credentials.

I have gone through the technote with regards to this issue but it is not the same situation as we face. Any ideas?

It's likely that they are being prompted because Vault Cache is trying to synch.

Do these users have Vault Cache enabled?

What OS? Which version of Outlook? Which version of EV?  Do they have the credentials stored, and have changed password recently?

 

If they enter the correct credentials - what happens?

Have you check what is present in the logon information?

We get this issue and in fact the logon information were wrong (like email address where should be "domain\userID"
