Unable to get two users in available mailbox window

Hi,

We had two users which has already added in provisioning group and not disabled in EV When I try to run the exchange task in report mode or trying to run the selected users to synchronised, these two users are not available in list available mailbox window.

 

I cross check by running the provisioning task in report mode but nothing found. It shows that it is already process.

mailbox desktop and mailbox policy map successfully.

what is the reason I am not able to precess the exchange task in report mode against these two users?

Are the users enabled for archiving? Did you check if the users show up in disabled users?

when you run the provisioning task do you see the users in question in the report?

yes the users are enable for archiving. but I had not found that users in disabled users list.

Strangely I had not get these users when I try to enable new user list.

I get both users entry in the report when run the exchange provisioning task.

These users archive vault is present on the EV server.

You can enable those mailboxes and once enable you shoud be good>

But both users are not available when I run the enable or disable mailbox wizard. I had also check them in new mailbox window.

Hi mayu,

I would suggest to check archiving state for these two users in the SQL databse.

The name of the table is ExchangeMailboxEntry in the EnterpriseVaultDirectory database.

Name of the column in MbxArchivingState

0 = new, 1 = enabled, 2 = disabled, 3 = relinked
 

Kindly let me know the state. Anything other than 1=enabled might be the reason to your issue.

Archiving state is 1 for both users.

Hi,

Can you do the following:

- Set the EVExchangePolicySync task in dtrace mode

- Run Provisioning task

- Stop dtrace and post the dtrace.
