Hi People,
Can anyone here please assist me with the following error after successfully running the EV 11 installation, but somehow I cannot open the EV Configuration and Administration Console ?
This is a brand new install on blank Windows Server 2012 R2 OS and the new SQL Server 2012 SP1 database on separate server.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks

what do you get when you try to run EV Configuration?
have you tried reinstalling the EV binaries?

During the Deployment Scanner, this is the only 'warning" that I can see:
PRODDB04\ENTERPRISEVAULT: Unmatched default SQL collation: Server: Latin1_General_CI_AS; EnterpriseVault database: SQL_Latin1_General_CP1_CI_AS.
Since this is new implementation, So I guess it can be safely ignored.

looks like a pending reboot error, have you rebooted?

Hi Andrew, the first pop-up on the front is the error when executing the EV Configuration, while on the back is the broken MMC console when I open VAC.

here's what I got when running the deployment scanner to gasther the information of the installation:
I'm logging in as the EV VSA Service account who is the local admin of the SQL Server and also the EV server itself.

ok, after reinstalling the software from the .ISO, I can now proceeed with the EV configuration Wizard.
