Unable to view the Vault Archive Status using http://EVServername/enterprisevault/usage.asp

Hi All,

I'm the domain administrator in the company but somehow I got the error when I tried to view the Vault archive status as follows:

Vault Store Usage Reporter

Click a Vault Store name to view a report of usage by Billing Account.

You can also save the report as a tab-separated-value file in one of two formats:

1. Save usage report by Archive Name
2. Save usage report by Billing Account

Note: Large reports may take some time to generate.

Vault Store	Save Report By		Active Archives	Total Items	Total Size (MB)	Awaiting Backup	SQL Server
Vaultstore1	access denied	access denied	access denied	access denied	access denied	access denied	ProdSQLDB3

Total number of Vault Stores	: 1
Total number of Active Archives	: 0
Total number of items	: 0
Total size of items	: 0 MB
Total number of items awaiting backup	: 0

Is there any way for me to grant myself to view the VaultStore from the web link ?

You might need to try acessing it with Vault service account and check if you are able to access it...
