Undo SMConfigInstall.exe changes on Windows 2008?

We have some new Windows 2012 R2 server for which we were configuring the pre-requisite as per this article:

https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/2803161/-net-tcp-does-not-have-an-implementation-of-hostedt...

However, SMConfigInstall command was ran on one of the windows 2008 server accidentally and now we do not find any way to undo it.

Can I switch the SMConfigInstaller.exe -c:install to SMConfigInstaller.exe -c:uninstall and undo the changes or does this need some other configuration?

Opened a case with MS and they confirmed that the changes made by SMConfigInstall cannot be reversed.
