Upgrade EV from 7.5 to 8.0 the owa Extention is not working

We have upgraded the Ev and installed Extension on Exchange, We able to view the some part of archiev mail not the full mail

Can any body help us

Does it work internally and not externally when using internal URL?

The OWA configure internaly and the outside userd are accessing the OWA by connecting the SSl vpn
